The information for the assessment process can be found in Chapter 3 beginning on Page 39 (there are 12 steps in the assessment). You must include the assessment tool(s) used. Have fun with this assignment. You can make something up about yourself or use yourself as you are (please let me know if you have added to your assessment). Be thorough with each step and demonstrate your ability to conduct an assessment.
